Considerations for Google Classroom
This page includes information and recommendations for Google Classroom for students who are leaving the district.
Google Classroom Content
If you leave CUSD, your Google Account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access Google content including Google Drive and Google Classroom. If you have content in your Google Classroom you want to save, be sure to copy it to a place outside CUSD platforms.
If the class was created during the year automatically by our district systems or by your teacher, you will need to copy the content to another location outside of CUSD.
Google Drive: Documents and Assignments
If you created documents and assignments using Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, or other files, you can access these files from your Google Drive in the Classrooms folder. Then, follow the instructions to transfer files from your Google Drive.
